Pictures Of Things by Ray Printer Friendly

Hey gang, how's your Labor Day weekend going? Good? Good, I hope. I sat around all day today, not really getting anything accomplished.

I did, however, do a little photo editing on the pictures I took yesterday, and I figured that instead of worrying about trying to come up with a decent post, I'd just show them to you.

Gas Pumps

Portable Potties

Sketchy Character At The Mall

The Hiding Wall

Holy Smokes

By the way, I've been using Flickr for the past couple of days because Photobucket keeps telling me my images are uploaded when they aren't. If you're thinking about using Flickr for anything other than simple photo storage, I wouldn't recommend it. It has a relatively small usage limit, and the rules are that you have to link back to the photo page if you link your photo on an external website. Also, it's a pain in the ass if you want to change anything around. In short, Flickr blows dirty balls. Of course, it's better than Photobucket, at the moment, so go figure. You get what you pay for, I guess.

These are really good (I'm sorry to have to say.) I especially like that barricade one, mostly because of the red stripes. Over-saturation rocks. I'm sure it'll become the drop shadow of its time, but oh well, it's still cool looking. Don't follow any more of those tutorials. I don't wanna' have to compliment your work any more than I already have. Happy Labor Day, Strangelanders.

Just for the record, the roadblock one wasn't a tutorial. That one was all me, baby. And YOU LOVED IT!

Too much cheap wine, my friend.

If I had a dime for every time cheap wine was to blame... I'd be a rich woman by now.

Or there'd be humorous stories from the increased availability of cheap wine. Humorous stories, or blindness. Have you ever had Little Penguin Pinot Noir?
