Once again, I find myself too busy to write a proper post, and have to resort to using pictures of my school work in order to have anything new for you.
I have a Flash class, and we're just going over the basics at the moment, figuring out what tools do what without getting too complex. Because of my stupid lousy job, I had to get up at 5:30 this morning. After working a few hours, it was time for school, and I found myself fighting to stay awake while the teacher lectured. It's not that he's a bad teacher or anything, it's just that I function for piss-all when I'm running on four hours of sleep. Anyway, while we were going through the steps, I drew this:
Then it was off to Color Theory, where we're in the middle of making a 3-D color wheel. This is a long drawn-out process that will involve much X-Acto cutting and painting. Right now, however, we're still in the planning stages, which means we get to use computers. Which means I'm still able to hold my own in that class. Here's what I've got so far:
Keep in mind, that's just a mock-up. Soon, we begin mixing paint and actually trying to make this thing. That's when I'm doomed.
Oh, and I already showed you quite a few pictures of the Blue Ridge Oilfield thing, but in class he wanted us to experiment around with some other pictures, so I ended up doing this one:
I also did a really good one using one of my sister's kids, but she has a standing rule about not affiliating her children with this website. Yeah, I don't know why, either.
Anyway, that's it for now. I'm hoping to have a real post pretty soon, so don't give up on me yet.
